Receive Pay Increase After Employee Layoff.” These fictitious headlines represent real-life tragedies and misguided
views of leadership. When leaders are
motivated by their own self interests, we can expect to be disappointed in the
results.
Leaders who are motivated by the
right principles will not only demonstrate highly effective leadership behavior,
